
Mark Geddes is a retail performance and sales enablement leader with more than 20 years of experience helping retailers, brands, and retail sales associates (RSAs) improve confidence, product knowledge, and sales performance.
Outside of work, Mark is passionate about health, fitness, and personal growth. He enjoys travelling with his wife, Laura, and their three boys — Kane, Hunter, and Shepherd — spending long summer days at the cottage, getting out for a round of golf, and making memories with their dog, Kona.
Mark’s career began providing in-home furniture protection services before spending time on the sales floor at The Brick, giving him firsthand experience in customer interactions, selling, and what it truly takes to succeed in retail. Over the years, he has worked directly with retailers and their sales teams to better understand sales methodologies, merchandising strategies, and the behaviours that consistently drive stronger results.
As Vice President of Business Development at Zucora, Mark works closely with leading retailers including Leon's, La-Z-Boy, The Brick, Mobilia, and Tepperman's, helping design custom programs that deliver meaningful protection and real value to customers. Through these partnerships, Mark has gained a unique behind-the-scenes perspective into what drives buying decisions, sales performance, and long-term customer confidence.
Through one-on-one coaching, ongoing field support, and decades of partnership with world-class retailers, Mark has developed a practical understanding of what truly works on the sales floor.
