Welcome to Champions (“Champions”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a platform owned and operated by SalesDriverHQ Inc. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Champions website, mobile application, services, training content, rewards programs, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Champions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Champions is a retail learning, engagement, and performance platform designed to support retailers, brands, and retail sales associates (“RSAs”) through product training, coaching, rewards, and performance-based engagement programs.

Certain features, including SellPoints™, SellProof™, promotions, incentives, and rewards, may only be available to eligible users or participating organizations.

To access certain features of Champions, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information 
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials 
• Be responsible for all activity associated with your account 
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or misuse 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use Champions lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

• Misrepresent sales activity or submit false information 
• Fraudulently claim rewards or incentives 
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the SellProof™ system 
• Share harmful, offensive, unlawful, or misleading content 
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform 
• Reverse engineer, hack, copy, or exploit the Platform without authorization 

Champions reserves the right to suspend accounts, revoke rewards, or terminate access where misuse, abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is identified.

Champions may offer points, rewards, incentives, contests, promotions, or redemption opportunities through SellPoints™.

Participation may vary by retailer, brand, campaign, region, or eligibility.

Please note:

• Rewards may be modified, substituted, suspended, or discontinued at any time 
• SellPoints™ have no cash value and are non-transferable 
• Reward eligibility may be subject to verification 
• Redemption inventory and availability may vary 
• Champions reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, inaccurate submissions, or Terms violations 

SellProof™ enables participating brands and retailers to reward qualifying product sales through verified activity.

Eligibility, verification requirements, reward criteria, and participating products may vary by campaign.

Champions reserves the right to:

• Review and verify submissions 
• Reject incomplete or inaccurate submissions 
• Reverse or revoke rewards for invalid or fraudulent activity 
• Modify or discontinue campaigns at any time 

Participation in SellProof™ does not guarantee rewards or eligibility.

All content made available through Champions, including but not limited to:

• logos 
• trademarks 
• graphics 
• videos 
• training materials 
• text 
• software 
• mobile applications 
• learning content 

is owned by SalesDriverHQ Inc., its licensors, or content partners and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of Champions without written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, comments, ideas, or content to Champions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes.

You represent that any content submitted by you is accurate and does not infringe the rights of others.

8. Privacy

Your use of Champions is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Champions is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays or inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champions disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesDriverHQ Inc., Champions, its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

• lost profits 
• lost rewards 
• interrupted access 
• system downtime 
• inaccurate reporting 
• campaign interruptions 

Your use of Champions is at your own risk.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of Champions, including features, rewards, campaigns, pricing, or services, at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Champions website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of Champions constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Champions shall be subject to the courts of Ontario, Canada.
